Never really thought about this untill now. Ive currently got a gas kettle but thinking of buying a cheap electric kettle for speed. Usually make a cup every 2/3 hours. Just wondering which would work out cheaper?

I would say that an electric kettle will be cheaper to run…they boil more quickly than a gas one.
With gas, there’s more heat lost by passing around the outside of the kettle than is going into the water….That is only my own thought on the subject.
