When you live on campus in a dorm, do you have to pay bills (i.e. electricity, water…) or is it included in the price?
Also, what is the difference between room and board?

question #1: Not usually. Unless otherwise stated your Room+Board fee will cover the bills.
Question #2: Room = your living area ie your room
Board = food and other amenities.

it all depends on which school you attend. i would check with the school.

No everything is included. Most dorms have internet, phone and cable provided. My daughter has to pay extra for phone, so she just uses her cell phone instead.
Room and board means a dorm room and a dining package.
